KU AQUAMATE
The KU AQUAMATE cables are particularly suitable for connecting submersible pumps and for permanent installations in water and outdoor environments, even in hazardous areas. This cable family is well-suited for use in process water, cooling water, surface
water in mining, rainwater, and wastewater and dewatering applications. In certain circumstances, they may also be suitable
for groundwater and seawater applications. They can be installed at depths of up to 500 meters. The cables can be used for underground installations, provided they are mechanically protected and installed following guidelines for flexible cables (HD516).
If the water in question is aggressive or contains particular substances, the resistance properties of the cables should be carefully examined. These cables conform to the classification AD8
