Tri-Rated Cable To BS 6231 Type CK, Style & CSA Type
Tri-rated cable is designed and manufactured for use in the wiring of switch, control, metering and instrumentation panels and the internal connections in motor starters and controllers
All cables are manufactured to meet the requirements of BS6231 Type CK
Sizes up to and including 70 mm² have UL (American) and CSA (Canadian) approvals i.e. Tri-rated. UL Styles are 1015, 1028, 1283 or 1284 (according to cable size). CSA Style TEW.
Voltage rating 600 volt RMS.
Conductors – plain, annealed, flexible copper. Insulation – heat resisting PVC
Maximum temperature 105 ºC. Conforms to UL VW-1 vertical wire flame test.
